With nearly 40 years of expertise in precision engineering, ROMECA manufactures prototypes and small production runs for complex industrial assemblies. When Christophe CASANOVA took over the company in March 2025, a strategic initiative was launched: to restructure the organization, digitize processes, and establish a quality management system capable of supporting the growth of this small industrial business. <\/p>\n

Upon taking office, management was faced with a simple reality. The goal was ambitious:to simultaneously implement an industry-specific ERP system, establish a comprehensive QMS, andobtain ISO 9001 certification within a very short timeframe.  <\/p>\n

During his market research, Thierry Casanova, the quality manager, discovered numerous QSE solutions. Two obstacles quickly became apparent. <\/p>
