Can I use Agilium SMQ while I'm out in the field (offline)?

Agilium Mobile allows your field team to securely access their workflows, documents, and tasks from any device running iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. This allows you to: Collect and report various types of data directly in the field, such as: incident reports, customer complaints, service reports, audits or inspections, customer meetings, activity reports, project tracking, time logs, and any other records of your choice. Agilium’s connectors ensure seamless compatibility with your existing information system—for example, by importing your users or databases.

Agilium offers a variety of standard connectors that allow its software to interface with existing management systems (CRM and ERP), including Divalto, Clipper, Obilog, EBP, Sylob, Silog, Minos ERP, Sage, SAP, and others… There’s a very good chance we can connect to your entire IT infrastructure. Yes. Agilium is available natively in French, English, and German. It is also possible to add any other languages as needed, depending on the needs of the company and its users.

Can Agilium be deployed as SaaS or on-premises?

Both options are available. You can choose the SaaS model, where we manage the entire infrastructure, updates, and security for you, or opt for an on-premises deployment on your own servers if your IT policy or regulatory requirements dictate it. In both cases, you’ll enjoy the same features and the same level of support. Where is my data stored?

For the SaaS subscription, your data is hosted exclusively on servers located in Europe (European Union), in accordance with the GDPR. We prioritize using infrastructure in your country—particularly in France and Switzerland—and perform regular backups to ensure the availability of your data under all circumstances.
