SaaS or On-Premises Hosting
Agilium offers SaaS-based hosting on professional cloud infrastructures located in France or in the country where your company is based. These infrastructures meet high security standards: strict physical access controls, round-the-clock monitoring, and backup and redundancy mechanisms.
Agilium also offers anon-premises hosting option within your own infrastructure. In both cases, your data remains under the jurisdiction of your country or the European Union, specifically the GDPR.

Data Security
Our container-isolated architecture is protected by an advanced application security layer: your data flows are encrypted using TLS 1.3, and your databases are encrypted at rest. Our systems and technical practices are audited periodically, and our infrastructure undergoes annual penetration tests conducted by independent cybersecurity experts. Encrypted, off-site backups, along with continuous monitoring, ensure the platform’s integrity and availability.

Accounts & Access
To secure access to the platform, Agilium integrates with your enterprise authentication system (SSO, synchronization with your Azure AD) to provide centralized and controlled login. Agilium also allows for precise management of user permissions and roles: administrators define different levels of access to documents, processes, and data, and the platform ensures the traceability of all actions performed.

Interoperability
Our platform offers an open API and webhooks, allowing you to build custom integrations with your ERP or existing IT system (SAP, Sage, Odoo, etc.). Rather than using rigid, off-the-shelf connectors, we prioritize integrations tailored to your architecture, designed in collaboration with our technical teams to streamline data exchange between Agilium and your business tools, without requiring extensive client-side development.
