Launch / Kick-off Meeting
The initial meeting with the Agilium project manager serves to kick off the project: roles and responsibilities, objectives, risks, and priorities are formalized; the detailed schedule and configuration workshops are shared; and communication procedures are established.
Platform Availability
Conducting Configuration Workshops
The approach aims to involve your project teams as much as possible in the configuration process. During the workshops (approximately one per week, lasting 2 to 2.5 hours depending on availability), a test platform is used to validate the defined settings, alongside initial training for administrators to help them gradually build their skills.
