Our approach aims to involve your project teams as much as possible in configuring the solution. We prioritize a highly collaborative approach between our teams throughout the process.
To that end, we conduct workshops to discuss your needs: we document all your requirements in order to identify any discrepancies.
During these workshops, we will configure the module and provide a version that will be used to run tests and validate the defined settings.
At the same time, we are offering an introductory training program for administrators to help them gradually build their skills.
We generally hold one workshop per week with the project team, lasting about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the project team’s availability.
QMS Workshops
Implementing the SMQ module typically requires 3 to 4 workshops.

Processes and Risks Workshop
Only one workshop is needed to implement the mapping module for process and risk management.
The job involves working with the project team to define:
- Process Mapping
- Overview of Process Management / Fact Sheet (Purpose, Documentation, Risks)
