Our approach aims to involve your project teams as much as possible in configuring the solution. We prioritize a highly collaborative approach between our teams throughout the process.
To that end, we conduct workshops to discuss your needs: we document all your requirements in order to identify any discrepancies.
During these workshops, we will configure the module and provide a version that will be used to run tests and validate the defined settings.
At the same time, we are offering an introductory training program for administrators to help them gradually build their skills.
We generally hold one workshop per week with the project team, lasting about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the project team’s availability.
EDM Workshops
To implement the EDM module, 3 to 4 workshops are generally required.
The job involves working with the project team to define:
- The filing plan: how will your file organization be structured,
- Metadata: Additional tags to make searching easier
- Calculation of the reference: standardization of document coding
- Document headers and footers
- Customization of forms (required fields, etc.) and definition of the document approval workflow
- Navigation Screens: Customizing Navigation Screens
